Wine tasting fees at each stop are not included // Pricing at each winery is usually between $35pp - $50pp but can be higher depending on the custom stops you choose and the size of your group
Gratuity Policy // Please note that gratuity is not included in the tour price. All our drivers take cash or Venmo. Guests typically leave between 18 - 20% of the booking fee however the amount is completely up to your discretion and always appreciated!
Some Deets
Before we roll the windows down, turn up the tunes, and cruise through Wine Country in vintage style, here's what you should know.

Sonoma itineraries typically start with Bartholomew Park, a lunch stop at Winery Sixteen600, and conclude at Gundlach Bundschu. Depending on availability, we may opt to stop at Toje, Anaba, Cassidy Ranch, or Three Fat Guys.
Napa itineraries typically start at Saintsbury, a lunch stop at Pestoni, and conclude at Regusci or James Cole. For custom requests, we will do the research ahead of time and ensure we can safely make it and the route will be feasible and fun.

Every tour includes a picnic lunch including a hefty sandwich, salad, or wrap of your choice, chips, and fresh fruit, often from a nearby farm stand. You will receive the menu ahead of time and our driver will collect your choices at pick-up. You will enjoy the lunch at the second stop of the day, at about 1:30-2pm. We recommend eating a hearty breakfast!

The summers in Napa/Sonoma can get hot and the buses do not have A/C. We provide ice water and hand-held fans and the windows do open. We will plan an itinerary with shorter driving times if necessary and/or start the tour a bit earlier. It doesn't get very cold in the winter but we provide some light blankets anyway. Please check the weather before your trip and dress accordingly.
Dressing in layers is always recommended any time of year here.

If you'd like to be picked up and dropped off elsewhere (they don't need to be the same location), we charge a $100 door-to-door fee to cover our driver's time, coordination, and fuel. Additionally, if you request a custom itinerary rather than ours, we charge a $100 fee for our time to research and coordinate these experiences. We charge $99 per hour extended past the designated timeframe of 10:30am-5pm, with some generous flexibility. We will let you know if we're sliding into that territory ahead of time.

Every guest will have a filled, reusable water bottle provided for them and can always be refilled at each winery. You will not take them home after the tour. Feel free to bring anything else you'd like to drink or snack on though it's usually not necessary.
The wineries often have some provisions you can grab, too. Bring comfortable shoes, sunglasses, and a camera as this is very photogenic experience!

Our private tours are paid for in full at the time of booking. If you want to downsize from an 8-seater to a 6-seater bus, you must cancel the reservation more than 30 days in advance for a full refund. You will then need to re-book the 6-seater bus.
